- Shoulder Presses 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps
- Practice SLIPS for 20 minutes.
Establish a heavy weight athlete can successfully lift 3 Shoulder Presses without having to put the Barbell down. Once weight is established, perform 7 rounds of 3 Shoulder Presses.
Score is the heaviest load on the Barbell successfully lifted for 3 Shoulder Presses.
Then on a 20-minute clock, practice Front Scale, Back Scale, L-Sit, Inverted Hold, Plank Hold, and Stretching (SLIPS).
