- 21-15-9 Reps for Time
- Dumbbell Thrusters
- L Pull-Ups
- Choose the heaviest dumbbells and most difficult variant of the pull-up at which you can still complete a set of 21 reps.
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete must completed 21 Dumbbell Thrusters and 21 L Pull-Ups before moving on to 15 reps of each movement, then 9 reps.
Score is the Dumbbell load and the time on the clock when the last round of L Pull-Ups is completed.
