- Five 3-minute AMRAPs in 19 minutes
- 5 Clean-and-Jerks (135/95 lb)
- 10 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
- Rest 1 minute
On a 19-minute clock, perform five rounds of 3-minute AMRAPs with 1-minute rest in between. For every round, athlete must complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible of 5 Clean-and-Jerks and 10 Box Jumps.
Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 19-minute clock stops.
