- 3 Rounds for Time
- 800 meter Run
- 5 rounds of "Cindy"
- 1 round of "Cindy" consists of:
- 5 Strict Pull-Ups
- 10 Push-Ups
- 15 Air Squats
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written for 3 rounds. Every round, athlete must complete 800 meter Run and 5 rounds of “Cindy.” 1 round of “Cindy” consists of 5 Strict Pull-Ups, 10 Push-Ups, and 15 Air Squats.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of Air Squats is completed.
