  • Ten 2-minute AMRAPs in 29 minutes
  • 12 Bar Facing Burpees
  • Max Barbell Reverse Lunges (95/65 lb)
  • Rest 1 minute between 2-minute AMRAPs
  • Then from 35:00, perform:
  • 800 meter Run

On a 29-minute clock, perform 10 rounds of 2-minute AMRAPs with 1-minute rest in between the rounds. Athlete must complete 12 Bar Facing Burpees and max repetitions of Barbell Reverse Lunges.

At the mark of 35:00 on the clock, athlete must complete the 800-meter Run for time.

This workout will have two scores. Score A will be the total number of repetitions completed before the 29-minute clock approaches. Score is the time it takes to complete the 800 meter Run.
