  • Rest 5 minutes
  • Directly into, 3 Rounds of:
  • Same as above.

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete must complete 3 rounds of 24 Wall Ball Shots, 12 Toes-to-Bars, and 6 Power Cleans. Rest 5 minutes. Then, athlete must perform 3 rounds of the same workout above.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of Power Clean is completed.
