- Practice SLIPS for 20 minutes.
- Front Squats 5-5-5-5-5 reps
On a 20-minute clock, practice Front Scale, Back Scale, L-Sit, Inverted Hold, Plank Hold, and Stretching (SLIPS).
After that, establish a weight you can lift for 5 Front Squats without having to put the barbell down. Perform 5 sets of 5 Front Squats.
Score is the maximum load of the Front Squats successfully lifted for 5 reps.
