Mayhem Daily WOD
- 3 Rounds for Time
- Every 12 minutes, 15-12-9 reps of:
- Squat Clean Thrusters (115/75 lb)
- Bar Facing Burpees
- Rest 4 minutes after each round
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written for 3 rounds. Rest 4 minutes after each round.
Score is the time for each round to be completed.
