  • For the ladder pattern, perform 1 rep the first minute, 2 reps the second minute, 3 reps the third minute, etc., continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.

With a running clock, perform the prescribed work in the order written for as long as possible. Athlete must accomplish three ladders of Handstand Push-Ups, Dips, and Push-Ups. For the ladder pattern, perform 1 rep the first minute, 2 reps the second minute, 3 reps the third minute, etc., continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Score is the number of minutes completed for each ladder.
