  • From 22:00-28:00, AMRAP of:
  • 14 Burpees Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
  • 14 Left-Arm Dumbbell Thrusters (50/35 lb)

On a 28-minute clock, perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work in the order written. The first set is a 10-minute AMRAP of 10 Burpees Box Jump Overs, 10 Left-Arm Dumbbell Thrusters, and 10 Right-Arm Dumbbell Thrusters. This is followed by an 8-minute AMRAP and 6-minute AMRAP with 12 reps and 14 reps of each movement respectively.

Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 28-minute clock stops.
