  • 20 Alternating Dumbbell Hang Clean-and-Jerks (50/35 lb)
  • Rest 1 minute between sets
  • Start the next AMRAP where the previous AMRAP left off.

On a 29-minute clock, perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work in the order written every five minutes for five rounds with 1-minute rest in between. Start the next AMRAP where the previous AMRAP left off.

Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 29-minute clock stops.
