Mayhem Daily WOD
- Five 5-minute AMRAPs in 29 minutes
- 40 Double-Unders
- 20 Alternating Dumbbell Hang Clean-and-Jerks (50/35 lb)
- Rest 1 minute between sets
- Start the next AMRAP where the previous AMRAP left off.
On a 29-minute clock, perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work in the order written every five minutes for five rounds with 1-minute rest in between. Start the next AMRAP where the previous AMRAP left off.
Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 29-minute clock stops.
