- Practice SLIPS for 20 minutes
- Push Presses 10-10-10-10-10 reps
On a 20-minute clock, practice Front Scale, Back Scale, L-Sit, Inverted Hold, Plank Hold, and Stretching (SLIPS).
Then, establish a load where you can perform 10 Push Presses in one go. Do 5 sets of 10 reps each.
