Mayhem Daily WOD
- Two 8-minute AMRAPs in 18 minutes
- 12 Alternating Dumbbell Squat Snatches (50/35 lb)
- 8 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
- Rest 2 minutes
- Second set picks up where first set left off.
On an 18-minute clock, as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) perform the prescribed work in the order written for two sets of 8 minutes. Rest 2 minutes between sets. The second 8-minute AMRAP picks up where the first AMRAP left off.
Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 18-minute clock stops.
