- Practice SLIPS for 20 minutes
- Deadlift 7-7-7-7-7-7-7 reps
For 20 minutes, practice Front Scale, Back Scale, Inverted Hold, Plank Hold, and Stretching (SLIPS). Then, perform 7 sets of 7 Deadlifts per round. If at home, modify with dumbbells, jugs, or other heavy objects.
Score is the load of the barbell successfully lifted in one round.
