- Start a new set every 3 minutes.
On a 36-minute clock, perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of 10 Box Jumps, 20 Jumping Split Lunges, and max repetitions of Jumping Squats in the remaining time from 1 minute 15 seconds of work. Complete 12 rounds of the prescribed work starting a new set every 3 minutes.
Score is the number of Jumping Squats completed in each set of AMRAP.
