  • 20 Jumping Lunges
  • 10 Pull-Ups
  • Rest 5 minutes
  • From 10:00-15:00, AMRAP of:
  • 30 Double-Unders
  • 20 Jumping Lunges
  • 10 Pull-Ups

On a 15-minute clock, as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) perform the prescribed work of 30 Double-Unders, 20 Jumping Lunges, and 10 Pull-Ups for the first 5 minutes. Rest 5 minutes. Then athlete must accomplish the 5-minute AMRAP of the same movements again until the 15-minute clock stops.

Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed between the two 5-minute AMRAPs.
