- Three 7-minute AMRAPs in 27 minutes
- AMRAP in 7 minutes
- 12 Left-Arm Dumbbell Push Presses (50/35 lb)
- 12 Right-Arm Dumbbell Push Presses (50/35 lb)
- 36 Double-Unders
- Rest 3 minutes between AMRAPs. Start where the previous AMRAP stopped.
On a 27-minute clock, perform three sets of 7-minute AMRAPs with 3-minute rest in between sets. Athlete must perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible of 12 Left-Arm Dumbbell Push Presses, 12 Right-Arm Dumbbell Push Presses, and 36 Double-Unders in each set of 7-minute AMRAP.
Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 27-minute clock stops.
