- For Time
- 5,000 meter Run
- Practice SLIPS for 20 minutes
With a running clock, as fast as Run for 5,000 meters. After the Run, practice Front Scale, Back Scale, L-Sit, Inverted Hold, Plank Hold, and Stretching (SLIPS) for 20 minutes.
Score is the time on the clock when the Run is completed.
