  • Practice SLIPS for 20 minutes.
  • Back Squats 5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1 reps

On a 20-minute clock, athletes practice Front Scale, Back Scale, L-Sit, Inverted Hold, Plank Hold and Stretching (SLIPS).

Then, athlete establish a load for back squats to do 5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1 repetitions respectively.
