- 3 Rounds for Time
- 50 meter Lunges in AFSAP
- 1 Burpee per lunge step taken
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written for 3 rounds. Athlete must perform the 50 meter Lunges in as few sets as possible (AFSAP). For every lunge taken, athlete must accomplish the same number of burpees at the end of 50 meters.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of burpees is completed.
