  • 12-9-6 reps for time of:
  • Single-arm overhead squats, left arm
  • Single-arm overhead squats, right arm
  • Strict muscle-ups
  • ♀ 45-lb. dumbbell ♂ 70-lb. dumbbell

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete must accomplish 12 left-arm overhead squats, 12 right-arm overhead squats, and 12 strict muscle-ups before moving on to 9 repetitions of each movement and so on.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of strict muscle-ups is completed.
