- 30-25-20-15-10-5 reps for time of:
- L pull-ups
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete performs 30 Burpees and 30 L Pull-Ups before moving on to 25 Burpees and 20 L Pull-Ups and so on.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of l pull-ups is completed.
