- Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
- 30 dumbbell power cleans
- 20 dips
- 100 double-unders
- ♀ 35-lb. DBs ♂ 50-lb. DBs
On a 20-minute clock, perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible of the prescribed work in the order written.
Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions before the 20-minute clock stops.
