- 10 left-arm overhead walking lunges
- 10 right-arm overhead walking lunges
- Men: 60-lb. dumbbell
- Women: 40-lb. dumbbell
On a 12-minute clock, perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work on the order written.
Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 12-minute clock stops.
