Stimulus wise, we are looking to choose a weight that athletes could complete 20+ repetitions unbroken when fresh. Within the workout, this should be a load that each athlete is confident that they will complete each round unbroken. Deadlifts will be completed at the start of every minute, including the start of the workout. Score at the end of the workout is total reps of burpee box jump overs.

Strategy: In terms of pacing on this workout, looking for athletes to hold a pace on the burpee box jump overs that they could maintain for 7 minutes. We want to look at the big picture here. It is easy to get caught up in the first minute, attempting to get as many reps as possible done before getting back to the bar. Opening with a pace on the burpee box jump overs that athletes believe they could hold for 7 minutes will allow their later rounds to be their best rounds, maximizing their score.
