The rep scheme goes like the song “12 Days of Christmas” — so 1 Thruster…then 2 Front Squats, 1 Thruster…then 3 Power Cleans, 2 Front Squats, 1 Thruster…then 4 Deadlifts, 3 Power Cleans, 2 Front Squats, 1 Thruster…all the way until you get to 12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1.
