Thanksgiving is a national holiday celebrated on various dates in the United States, Canada, some of the Caribbean islands, and Liberia. It began as a day of giving thanks for the harvest and the preceding year. It’s often a time to feast, which means a lot of people make extra time for Thanksgiving workouts to celebrate the holiday and earn their meals.
