- 3 Hang Cleans
- 3 Front Squats
- 3 Shoulder-to-Overheads
Athlete has one minute to establish 3 rep max of each movement. They will have three attempts with 2 minutes rest in between each attempt. Tiebreaker will be maximum deadlifts.
The organizers describe the event as a way to “unite the community and provide an opportunity for us to test our fitness on a worldwide stage and to earn a spot to compete at the 2013 Wodapalooza Fitness Festival.” Standards shown here are for the Rx division (there are also Elite, Intermediate, Scaled and other divisions in the competition). 2013 was the Wodapalooza competition’s second year, growing from a local event in 2012.
