- For Time
- Part A
- 3-2-1 reps of:
- Legless Rope Climbs
- Squat Cleans (265/195 lb)
- Dumbbell Squat Snatches (50/35 lb)
- Time Cap: 6 minutes
- Rest 2 minutes
- Part B
- 50 Clean-and-Jerks (95/75 lb)
This workout has two parts. Part A is 3-2-1 reps of Legless Rope Climbs, Squat Cleans, and Dumbbell Squat Snatches with a time cap of 6 minutes. Rest 2 minutes before moving on to Part B which is 50 Clean-and-Jerks.
Score is the time to complete Part A and Part B.
