  • Part A
  • 3-2-1 reps of:
  • Legless Rope Climbs
  • Squat Cleans (265/195 lb)
  • Dumbbell Squat Snatches (50/35 lb)
  • Time Cap: 6 minutes
  • Rest 2 minutes
  • Part B
  • 50 Clean-and-Jerks (95/75 lb)

This workout has two parts. Part A is 3-2-1 reps of Legless Rope Climbs, Squat Cleans, and Dumbbell Squat Snatches with a time cap of 6 minutes. Rest 2 minutes before moving on to Part B which is 50 Clean-and-Jerks.

Score is the time to complete Part A and Part B.
