With a running clock, complete the prescribed work in the order written as fast as possible (“For Time“).

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Alternating Pistols is completed.

Movement Standards

Pistol: Hip crease must pass below the knee and full extension must be met at the top of each rep. Hands may not assist in any way. Forward leg may not come in contact with the ground until extension has been met on the opposite leg.

Run: Measure distance correctly beforehand. Please run in at least 200m increments before turning around.
