  • 1,000 meter Row
  • 100 foot Handstand Walk
  • At 10:00, establish:
  • 1 rep max Squat Snatch
  • Time Cap: 17 minutes

On a 17-minute clock, complete 1,000 meter Row and 100 foot Handstand Walk as fast as possible (“For Time“). Then, at 10:00, establish a 1 rep max Snatch (“For Load“) in the next 7 minutes.

There will be two scores for this workout. Score A is the time on the clock when the 1,000 meter Row and 100 foot Handstand Hold is completed. Score B is the heaviest load successfully lifted for the 1 rep max Snatch.

Movement Standards

Row: Must complete a full 1,000 meter before releasing the handle.⁣

Handstand Walk: The Handstand Walk is in 25 foot lengths and must be completed in a minimum of 5 foot increments.⁣
