Training Think Tank Throwdown WOD
- For Time
- 1,000 meter Row
- 100 foot Handstand Walk
- At 10:00, establish:
- 1 rep max Squat Snatch
- Time Cap: 17 minutes
There will be two scores for this workout. Score A is the time on the clock when the 1,000 meter Row and 100 foot Handstand Hold is completed. Score B is the heaviest load successfully lifted for the 1 rep max Snatch.
Row: Must complete a full 1,000 meter before releasing the handle.
Handstand Walk: The Handstand Walk is in 25 foot lengths and must be completed in a minimum of 5 foot increments.
