Training Think Tank Throwdown WOD

  • AMRAP in 15 minutes
  • 4 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 6 Alternating Pistols
  • 8 Burpees to Plate (3.5 in)
  • 45 Double-Unders

On a 15-minute clock, perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work in the order written.

Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 15-minute clock stops.

Movement Standards

Handstand Push-Up: 36″x24″ Box. Full-extension must be met at the top of each rep with hips off wall.

Alternating Pistol: Hip crease must pass below the knee and full extension must be met at the top. ⁣

Burpee: You must face Plate- 3 1/2″ jump (hi-temp 45# plate) hips and knees lockout at top and chest + thighs must touch the ground at the bottom of each rep.

4 Shoulder-to-Overheads (2×50/35 lb)
6 Air Squats
