Training Think Tank Throwdown WOD by Max El-Hag
- With a Running Clock in 10 minutes
- From 0:00-3:00, for time of:
- 500 meter Row
- Then from 3:01-10:00, AMRAP of:
- 5 Deadlifts (315/220 lb)
- Unbroken Handstand Walk*
- *Start with 10 feed and add 10 feet every subsequent round
10-foot Handstand Walk must be unbroken. Add 10 feet to the handstand walk after every round.
Handstand walk: pike shoulder taps, slider plank walks, shoulder taps on wall
Handstand walk: hands start behind the line and both hands cross the line. The athlete may not dive or throw hands over the line and must show control when passing the line.
The Throwdown Series started as a weekly workout posted online by TTT, along with a video demonstration and in-depth discussion on strategy, tips, and techniques. The tttTD8 demo video featured 6-time individual CrossFit Games competitor, Lucas Parker.
