- AMRAP in 12 minutes
- Max Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb)
- Max Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
- Max Hang Power Cleans (115/85 lb)
- Max Push Presses (115/85 lb)
- Must go in order from one movement to the next. when you break on a movement, you MUST move on to the next movement. You can do as many or as few reps as you'd like.
On a 12-minute clock, perform as many repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of each prescribed movement unbroken. Once you put the Medicine Ball down, let go of the Pull-Up Bar, or drop the Barbell on the ground, you MUST move on to the next movement.
Score is the total number of repetitions completed in 12 minutes.
Movement Standards
Wall Ball Shot: Hip crease below knee, Medicine Ball must clearly hit above 10 ft and 9 ft target.
Chest-to-Bar Pull-Up: Arms begin fully locked at bottom of rep. Chest must make contact with the Bar at the top of each rep.
Hang Power Clean: Must fully stand/open the hips before completing the first Hang Power Clean. Elbow must pass in front of the Barbell.
Push Press: No re-bend on the knee when pressing the Bar overhead.
