  • AMRAP in 12 minutes
  • 2 Rounds of:
  • 50 foot Weighted Walking Lunges (2x50/35 lb)
  • 16 Toes-to-Bars
  • 8 Dumbbell Power Cleans (2x50/35 lb)
  • Then, 2 Rounds of:
  • 50 foot Weighted Walking Lunges (2x50/35 lb)
  • 16 Bar Muscle-Ups
  • 8 Dumbbell Power Cleans (2x50/35 lb)

On a 12-minute clock, perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work. Athlete must complete the 2 rounds of the Walking Lunges, Toes-to-Bars, and Power Cleans, then move on to 2 rounds of the Walking Lunges, Bar Muscle-Ups, and Power Cleans.

Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 12-minute clock stops.
