Training Think Tank Throwdown WOD

  • 12 Rounds for Time
  • 6 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb, 10 ft)
  • 24 Double-Unders
  • 3 Bar Muscle-Ups
  • Time Cap: 21 minutes

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written for 12 rounds.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Bar Muscle-Ups is completed.

Movement Standards

Wall Ball Shot: Hip crease must pass below the knee and the Medicine Ball must hit the 10-foot target at or above the line of 10 feet. Both Males and Females must hit 10 feet.

Double-Under: Rope must pass beneath feet two times on each jump.

Bar Muscle-Up: Full arm extension must be met at the top of each rep. Feet may not pass over the horizontal plane of the
Pull-Up Bar at any point.
