Training Think Tank Throwdown WOD
- AMRAP in 10 minutes
- 50 ft Front Rack Dumbbell Walking Lunges (2x50/35 lb)
- 16 Toes-to-Bars
- 12 Alternating Dumbbell Two-Arm Box Step Overs (2x50/35 lb, 24/20 in)
- 8 Bar Muscle-Ups
- Directly after, establish in 6 minutes:
- 1 rep max Hang Squat Clean
AMRAP in 10 minutes

12 Alternating Dumbbell Two-Arm Box Step Overs (2×35/20 lb, 20 in)
8 Burpee Pull-Ups
Directly after, establish in 6 minutes:
1 rep max Hang Squat Clean
Lunge: Walking Lunge must be completed in 25 ft segments. The dumbbells may be held in the front rack anyway as long as hands stay in contact with handles
Toes-to-Bar: Open Standard toes-to-bars
Box Step-Over: Dumbbell may not rest on box, must alternate legs, both feet must contact the ground each rep
Bar Muscle-Up: Open Standard bar muscle-ups
Hang Clean: Bar must pass through completed deadlift before lowering bar to hang, hang may be below knee or above, bar may be preloaded, may use assistance in changing weights. Bar may be pre-loaded to first attempt, may use assistance in changing weights.
