  • Three 10-minute AMRAPs in 36 minutes
  • From 0:00-10:00, AMRAP of:
  • 30 Double-Unders
  • 15 Toes-to-Bars
  • 8 Hang Power Cleans (155/105 lb)
  • Rest 3 minutes
  • From 13:00-23:00, AMRAP of:
  • 10 Shoulder-to-Overheads (135/95 lb)
  • 14 Bar Facing Burpees
  • 18 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb)
  • Rest 3 minutes
  • From 26:00-36:00, AMRAP of:
  • 30 Back Squats (115/75 lb)
  • 20 Deadlifts (115/75 lb)
  • 10 Front Rack Reverse Lunges (115/75 lb)

This workout consists of three 10-minute AMRAPs with 3-minute rest in between. Each 10-minute window has 3 movements to be performed as many repetitions as possible.

Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 36-minute clock stops.
