- 50 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb)*
- 100 Alternating Jumping Lunges
- 200 Box Step-Ups (20 in)
- Every 2 minutes, complete:
- 1 Power Clean (225/155 lb)
- 3 Deadlifts (225/155 lb)
- *Perform another Air Squat while the Ball hits the target.
With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work in the order written. Every 2 minutes, complete 1 Power Clean and 3 Deadlifts.
Score is the time on the clock when the 200th Box Step-Up is completed.
