- For Time
- 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Clean-and Jerks (225/145 lb)
- 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Ring Muscle-Ups
In this workout, the athlete will perform 10 Clean-and-Jerks followed by 1 Ring Muscle-Up. In each round, the Clean-and-Jerks will reduce by one and the Ring Muscle-Ups increase by one. The athlete will perform this on a clock for time until he finishes with 1 Clean-and-Jerk followed by 10 Ring Muscle-Ups.
Score in this workout is based on the amount of time taken to complete the prescribed amount of work.
