  • 5 Rounds for Time
  • 1 Pegboard Ascent
  • 100 Double-Unders
  • 10 Dumbbell Hang Split Snatches (80/55 lb)
  • 10 Dumbbell Hang Clean-and-Jerks (80/55 lb)
  • Time Cap: 20 minutes

For the pegboard ascent, both pegs must make it to the top row. Both pegs must come below red line before dropping. Athletes must use opposite arm from lead leg on split movements. Athletes must alternate arms on each rep of the hang snatch.

Background: The "Split Triplet" was the 7th of 12 workouts of the 2019 CrossFit Games. Mathew Fraser took first place individual male with a score of 15:36. Tia-Clair Toomey took first place individual female with a score of 14:07.

The event was held on day 3 - Saturday, August 3 - of the 2019 CrossFit Games.
