  • Part 1. 50 Burpees
  • Rest 90 seconds
  • Part 2. X KB Swings (24/16kg)
  • EMOM 5 Burpees starting at 00:00
  • X Number of KB Swings determind by the length of time Part 1 takes, every second = 1 rep of the KB Swings

You will complete Part 1. 50 Burpees before resting for 90 seconds, Part 2. KB Swing reps will be determined by the amount of seconds taken to complete Part 1, you will complete an extra 5 Burpees EMOM starting at 00:00 until your KB Swing reps are completed
