  • For Time
  • 15-12-9-6 Kettlebell Kickback Push-Ups + Power Cleans (1/2 Bodyweight)
  • 15-12-9-6 Kettlebell Goblet Lunges (1/2 Bodyweight)
  • 50 meter Bear Crawl (after each round)

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete must complete 15 Kettlebell Kickback Push-Ups + Power Clean, 15 Kettlebell Goblet Lunges (1/2 Bodyweight), and 50 meter Bear Crawl before moving on to 12 reps of each Kettlebell movement and so on.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of Bear Crawl is completed.

Movement Standards

Kettlebell Kickback Push-Up + Power Clean: This is a standard Push-Up on the Kettlebell with the feet shoulder-width apart. After the Push-Up, full stand up to perform the Power Clean.

Kettlebell Goblet Lunge: Hold the Kettlebell in front of the chest and perform a standard Lunge.
