  • Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
  • Then, from 10:00-18:00:
  • 3 rep max Shoulder-to-Overheads

Athlete A will perform the first set of pull-ups and box jump overs before Athlete B proceeds to the second set. Both athletes will take turn finishing each set. Only one person can work at a time.

There will be two scores for this two-part workout. Score A will be the total number of repetitions from the first 10 minutes of the workout. The second score will be the total weight lifted successfully by Athlete A and Athlete B.

Background: Swiss Alpine Battle announced this workout, "SAB 2016 WOD #3," on June 3, 2016 as the last workout for individuals in their online challenge, the qualifier for the 2016 Swiss Alpine Battle competition. They repeated this workout in their 2018 qualifiers as "SAB 18.2."

The Swiss Alpine Battle is an Elite & Masters fitness team of 2 competition open to all athletes wanting to test their level of fitness at the elevation of 1300m in the heart of the Alps in Villars-sur-Ollon, Switzerland​.
