Background: This memorial workout is dedicated to Richard "Richie" Neindorf who passed away after a two-year battle with cancer on August 13, 2019.

Richie was a beacon of light in this world, a truly beautiful soul who took the time to listen to others and make them feel loved. He was an intelligent, strong, caring, passionate man, and he was taken too soon.

Richie was an incredible human in every way that someone could be. He was kind, patient and genuine as well as a humble, amazing athlete. He was usually one of the first to finish a WOD, and immediately started cheering his fellow athletes on. He cheered until the very last athlete finished their last rep. He high fived and hugged and fist-bumped everyone, and he knew everyone by name.

Richie made you feel special, and never let his attention wander when he spoke to you. He remembered conversations and things you talked to him about and asked you about them again. He was wise beyond his young 30 years. He knew how to lift up the people around him, and more importantly, he knew that in doing so it made everyone better.

Richie is survived through his sister Georgia, mum Anna, and father Norm, as well as an army of friends who all loved him very dearly.

We first found this workout posted by CrossFit 604 @crossfit604 (Vancouver, BC, Canada). This WOD was written to give way to pay homage to his spirit and remind people to follow in his footsteps.

The rep scheme signifies:
- 30 for the day of birth
- 9 for the month of birth
- 19 & 88 for the year of birth
