"Omaha Beach" via 2018 Renegade Games Competition WOD #2
- 3 Rounds (with a Partner) in 12 minutes
- 1 minute Max Calorie Assault Bike
- 1 minute Max Calorie Row
- 1 minute Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
- 1 minute Double-Unders
Only one athlete works at a time. Both athletes must complete 5 reps each on each movement before tagging their partner. Athletes will decide how they will break up the workout.
For scaling, athletes can do single-unders instead of double-unders.
This workout is in honour of remembrance day. Omaha Beach is designed to be a complete lung burner.
