25 rounds of 4 bar-facing burpees, 3 HSPUs, 2 pistols, and 1 heavy(ish) squat snatch. If you can't do HSPUs, you can sub shoulder to overhead (barbell or DB). If you can't do pistols, you can sub 2 reverse lunges (1 per leg).
The transition from pistols to the squat snatch is a sneaky one, so make sure you're set before your lift.
