Background: Nobody likes loveseat pillows and most CrossFit athletes hate thrusters (or any variation of them) burpees and box jumps.

Intended Stimulus: This is a full-body, moderate rep WOD that forces the athlete to keep their heart rate down in order to hit a challenging full-body barbell movement that is the cluster.

Strategy: Get through the BBO and put most of the focus on the clusters. The weight on the clusters is very heavy for most so make sure it’s a weight you can do 4-5 reps unbroken with thrusters. Be careful when doing the BBO that your legs are ready or you’ll be posting pics of your shins on social media.
