  • 1,000 Sit-Ups
  • Every time you break or rest, complete:
  • 1 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 3 Burpees
  • 5 Jumping Squats

With a running clock, as fast as possible complete 1,000 Sit-Ups. Every time you break or rest, complete 1 Handstand Push-Up, 3 Burpees, and 5 Jumping Squats. 

Score is the time on the clock when the 1,000th Sit-Up is completed.

Movement Standards

Jumping Squat: This is a variation of the standard Air Squat wherein athlete jumps at full extension to count as 1 rep.
