  • For Time
  • Buy-In: 25 Handstand Push-Ups
  • Then, 75-60-45-30-15 reps of:
  • Box Step-Ups (24/20 in)
  • Sit-Ups
  • Arch Ups

With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work. At the beginning of the workout, complete the buy-in of 25 Handstand Push-Ups. Then, athlete must complete 75 reps of each movement, then 60 reps, and so on.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Back Extensions is completed.
